The Maidstone and Ashford Kent Cell; The Next Level
The Kent Junior Regional Training cells are set up across the County and are run and managed locally with the support of Kent Badminton.
The aim of this system is to concentrate local talent and to increase the performance level to allow juniors to reach their full potential. Players are sent to Kent County full training on the recommendation of the Head Coach. In turn, this leads to higher quality County teams and allows the potential for greater success with the Seniors in later years.
AIT Juniors are the support club for the Maidstone and Ashford Kent cell, which is currently based at Mascalls Academy on Sunday afternoons.

Our Coaches
Ray Rofe - Level 2
A former England International player with multiple titles to his name, Ray has also trained 10 other England Internationals and 2 Olympians.
Ryan Staden - Level 2
A Kent Champion at all age levels, and with Kent Senior County and local leagues titles in all Badminton disciplines, Ryan has also been ranked in the top 50 National singles players.
